Ordering

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit card cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Interact Online for online purchases.

We also accept cash and EMT for in-store purchases.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Comfort Home is legally required to collect sales tax in most Canadian provinces that we ship to. We calculate these tax amounts based on provincial laws of the shipping address entered at Checkout.

Shipping

Where Is My Order?

Comfort Home will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. You can track your package with this tracking number on the Canada Post website. This then tells you the status of your order.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping on most orders over $199. Orders that do not meet the $199 threshold are charged by courier shipping rate. There are select product exclusions that do carry associated shipping or handling charges. In these cases, the total shipping charges are clearly identified on the product page or during checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada at this moment. For more information related to international shipment, please click here to contact our customer support.

Will You Ship To PO-Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

What If I Need To Ship To Multiple Addresses?

Please contact our Customer Service team and they will assist you with your specific needs.

What If I Need To Send a Message Regarding a Vacation-hold or "Do-not-ship before" Requirements?

Please contact our customer service team immediately upon order placement, so that we can assist you with the appropriate arrangements. We are unable to process any shipment holding request after 24 hours.

 

Returns and Damages

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns on a vast majority of our products (in new condition and original packaging) within 21 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Click here to see our full return policy.

How Much Time Do I Have to Inspect My Package For Damage?

It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. Orders delivered via a freight carrier specifically must be inspected upon delivery of the item. If you find any issues, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
